Macpac Warranty
Macpac gear is tested in New Zealand’s rugged outdoors, and designed to last the distance.
All Macpac products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing fault or material defect, we will repair it free of charge. If it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it.
Here at Macpac we carefully select the materials used in our products to provide a high level of quality and all-round performance. If, however, you need your product repaired, you can contact the team at your local Macpac store in New Zealand.
We also have repair agents in the UK, Europe and Australia. They will consider whether your repairs are covered by warranty; if your gear fails due to wear and tear, accident or negligence, they will be happy to repair it for a reasonable cost.
