Our Geothermal fabric is made out of 100% Polyester. It’s slightly more expensive than our Polypro range, but you get a nicer feeling fabric for it in return. Geothermals have a lovely soft feel and offer incredible comfort. The range features sporty looking styles for active people.
Just as Polypro, Geothermals are fast drying and its polyester fibres are highly UV resistant (this is not a UPF rating), lightweight and very durable. Unlike Polypro, Geothermals can be dried in the dryer because its polyester fibres have a higher melting point – easy care.
Macpac used to have a range called Geothermals many, many years ago using a fabric blend. Some people might remember when they see the name. The main difference is that our new Geothermals are 100% Polyester (and the garments actually look good. ;-).
