To our Macpac community

Following Government guidelines our physical stores in ACT, and Victoria are currently open for open for Contact-Free Click & Collect only.

Alternatively you can shop online and choose home delivery as usual.

Stores in NSW are now open. Store teams will continue to provide our Macpac community with a safe and easy shopping experience following Government guidelines.

Our stores in Adelaide and Queensland are now open with a range of increased safety and hygiene precautions.


Due to NSW & VIC Covid restrictions, we have extended our 60 day returns policy for all in-store purchases that wish to be refunded or exchanged instore. If you have any questions about your instore purchase, please contact customercare@macpac.com.au

  DELIVERY UPDATE DURING COVID-19  
Shop safely and with confidence with contactless delivery. Signatures are no longer required for all parcels.
Couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. They will then ask for the recipient's name (to record proof for delivery) and leave the parcel on the ground at their feet. If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card with details of the delivery and return the parcel to the depot.
