Fridge access from your car. Whether you want to run your fridge from the back of your car or there are no main power sockets at camp, having the right cables is important. The fridge is the hub of family life containing the fuel to keep us all going, which is why the Engel Type J Cord will transform your power options at camp. The Type J Cord is the power cord that is suitable for all Engel MRFT C, D & E models as well as MT Chest E&F Models. It gives you the ability to run your Engel fridge from the cigarette lighter in your car, perfect for journeys and times when there are no alternative plugs. The cord is also fitted with Engel's Thermal Fuse that is devised to blow at temperatures greater than 70°C. This is fitted because higher levels of resistance from different sockets can produce heat, so the thermal fuse will cut off your Engel Fridge keeping it and you safe. Perfect for on the go cooling and the camp fridge; make sure you bring along the Engel Type J Cord, just in case. -
