Sometimes, the extra weight associated with a more comfortable nights sleep pays for itself many times over. Sea to Summit's Comfort Plus™ S.I. mats are designed to maximise comfort and warmth with a stretch knit fabric on the top for a great next to skin feel, and a lightweight polyester with extrusion laminated TPU is used on the base for increased durability. Furthermore, their Delta Core™ technique is a truly innovative approach to reducing the weight and bulk of the polyurethane (PU) foam core of self-inflating mattresses. Their patent pending coring process removes up to 40% of the initial volume of the PU foam, retaining enough for optimal support and comfort, while minimising the packed weight and size of the final mattress. At 8 cm thick and a winter rated R-Value, Sea to Summit's Comfort Plus™ S.I. mats provide luxury in a packable size. -
