Our Shipping Policy
At Macpac, we want to keep it as uncomplicated as possible for you, so we offer:
- Free shipping on orders over $100 to New Zealand and Australian addresses.
- For all orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $5 (for NZ deliveries) or $10 (for AU deliveries).
- We ship internationally. All our international delivery costs are determined by destination.
- All Australian and International orders travel via DHL couriers on an express service.*
- All New Zealand order travel with PBT couriers.
*Please note: All orders are dispatched from New Zealand.

We know you're going to be super keen to get your new purchase so that's why we will dispatch orders usually within 2-4 days of your order being received. Actual delivery time will depend on your location.
- North Island orders: 2-4 working days.
- South Island orders: 2-3 working days.
- Rural delivery or remote locations can take just a little longer so please allow an additional 2 working days.

International Orders
Displayed pricing applies to New Zealand resident customers (NZD) and Australian resident customers (AUD) only. International orders (countries other than New Zealand and Australia) will be processed in New Zealand dollar.
When an order is shipped outside of New Zealand or Australia you may be charged duties or taxes by your local government before the items will be released to you, as these are beyond our control please check with your local customs department prior to ordering should you have any concerns.
