Great bag for year round use
Bought my Epic 600 just prior to heading away into the Southern Alps on a mid winter tahr hunting trip. Probably the best money I've spent on cold gear. Most nights were well into the negatives, as we camped on snow and ice. This bag kept me warm as toast using just a lightweight silk liner as back up. The zips work well, they shed water as supposed to, and the neck drawstring keeps your body heat in the bag. I've used the bag for around 100 nights in the mountains so far and am very happy.

Brilliant Quality
I love this sleeping bag!! The weight to warmth ratio is brilliant and so far using it in huts for autumn and early winter I have been too hot! The overall quality and tech specifications of this bag can't be beaten as it uses goose down instead of duck down. And it has a high quality overall finish - the zip doesn't snag, it has a little popper instead of velcro at the top of the zip and a handy tiny little pocket by the neckline. It also packs down nice and small if you buy a compression bag separately.
With an extra liner I'm confident this bag will see me through the cold Queenstown winters with no problem!
