    Designed for long days on the trail, the Amp 12 Hour hydration pack is engineered for comfort and performance. A lighter weight construction, with a moulded foam back panel and mesh overlay, the Amp maximises airflow in high sweat zones. The lightly padded harness and hip belt — complete with convenient pockets — provides a comfortable yet secure fit, while the main zip pocket can fit a 2 litre hydration bladder and extra gear. The front mesh pocket is a great place to stuff your lightweight shell during high intensity activity and there’s also a small mesh pocket with a matching drink bottle on one shoulder strap for hydration on the go. This pack has a 7 litre capacity and is ideal for trail runners or multi-sport competitors.

    You are best to clean your pack with a natural, non-detergent soap and a soft-bristled brush
    Suitable soap types are: pure soap, vegetable soap and Nikwax Tech Wash®
    Rinse the pack well and dry it in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight
    Do not put your pack in the washing machine as this will void your warranty
    Always try to keep the zip teeth as clean as possible
    Wash zip teeth with fresh, clean water and lubricate with a silicon lubricant suitable for use on fabrics

Better suited for Men
Good pack, however not suited or comfortable for an average height woman. Need to wear chest strap below the bust otherwise strap pops off the top of adjustment guide as doesn't go high enough.
Made for men and has plenty of adjustment outward.

Best sports backpack i've used
This pack is comfortable and adjustable. I run 20km a day and have been using it for over 6 mths now. It stays snug next to my body and fits everything I need for a run. The stretchable material on the back contours to odd shape items I carry.
