  • Product Description

Redesigned in collaboration with international alpine guide and Macpac ambassador Anna Keeling, the latest Huka backpacks make access in the high alpine easy.

The front of the pack has been overhauled to create a quick-access pocket that's accessed by unhooking the lid and the storm throat also provides easy access. The zipped back panel makes it easier to pack before heading out — or to get in when your skis are attached.

We've swapped the outer fabric for a hard-wearing recycled robic ripstop that's over 50% lighter than the previous Huka. And with crossover versatility in mind, this pack caters to the demands of resort riders, tourers, and ski-mountaineers.

The removable side compression straps have edge protection covers that are ski and snowboard compatible. It's easy to tuck away the ice axe attachment loops when you're not using them, and there's a tricot-lined pocket at the top of the pack for protecting your goggles on the hike up.

The key differences between the 30 and 40L capacities are the adjustable load lifters straps and optional helmet carry on the 40L.

The main fabric is bluesign® approved, which means it was manufactured with the responsible use of resources.
