Hi, can you provide the storage instructions for these mats please? Should they be stored rolled up, lying flat, deflated etc?
Kay B on Oct 15, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Hello Kay, all of the above options would be fine. If you store it deflated / rolled up you may notice it takes longer to self inflate. If you have space to store laying flat and only deflate and roll up when taking away, you will notice it self inflates much quicker - but neither options should effect the longevity of your mat.

Hi there, what country are these sleeping mats manufactured in?

These are manufactured in China.

Bought 4 of these ——when left to self-inflate, 2 of them are noticeably less thick than the other 2 (not 5cm thick). Are they faulty or are you supposed to top them up by blowing into the valve by mouth?
Caroline on Jan 21, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Hi Caroline,

Yes, you can give them a top up by blowing a couple breaths into the mat.
Just make sure you don't blow too much extra air in as this can damage the mat as well.

Just wondering what are the dimensions of this mat when deflated and ready for your pack. Also does it have an R rating?
Tracey H on Jan 30, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Hello Tracey,

The R-Value is 4.3 and the dimensions are: 31cm x 18cm x 18cm

Kind regards,
