YETI® Crossroads® 27L Backpack

This is by far one of the most versatile and robust backpacks I've ever owned. It's incredibly solid and offers plenty of compartments to keep your belongings organised. However over extended use the straps can put a strain on your shoulders as they lack sufficient support. Additionally, the bag itself is quite heavy weighing 1.6 kg even when empty.
The missing star is due to the strap factor and I hope Yeti considers revising the design to improve shoulder support. That said, if weight isn't a concern for you this backpack is an awesome allrounder yet perfect for travel or daily commuting.

I wanted a backpack that worked for commuting to an office job but would also be just big and rugged enough to travel with. This thing is perfect for that. The black on black color scheme is sleek enough for the city and tones down the overbuilt features. It's bombproof, with well thought out compartments and has enough structure to be comfortable when weighted down. Expensive but I've had it for several months now and not regretting the purchase.

Favorite features: four zipper pulls on the main compartment mean you can open it up from any side. The interior water bottle holders are easy to access that way and super useful for stowing my morning coffee cup when I'm done mid commute. Sealed zippers add to water resistance and protect the zipper from corrosion. Removable compression straps. Slot for securing to a wheeled suitcase. Carry handles on all sides that don't flop around or snag on things.

So many compartments, durability, comfort and water resistant.
A strong recommendation for anyone looking for an everyday backpack that can also nail it for travelling.
