Does the silicone on the palms provide sufficient grip for cycling handlebars?

BEST ANSWER: Assuming you have handle bar grips or handle bar tape - yes these would work perfectly.

Would these gloves be good for bike riding? Are they capable for changing gears on a bicycle?

Yes those gloves are soft-shell so windproof and water resistant in case of light rain or wind but not waterproof. Therye slightly stretchy by nature of the material so shouldnt be too restrictive for bike riding.

Unfortunately we don't have a size guide on these just yet. They are pretty standard in sizing. I would recommend to go for the size you normally use.
